Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms comprising a King size double with an en-suite shower room and 2 Super King doubles bedroom or can be converted to 1 or 2 twin bedrooms. There are two further bath/shower rooms and a utility room with a shower. There are three toilets in total. The ground floor features a large open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen - single oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer (the laundry facilities - a washer and a dryer are located in the utility room). The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a smart TV and a log burner making Channel View ideal all year round. Heating is provided by electric radiators throughout the property. Off the lounge is the sun room/dining area - and what a view!. The perfect way to start the day - breakfast with stunning views and soaking up the sunrise and a lovely way to end it watching the twinkling lights in the harbour and village below. Wi-fi and reserved parking space for one car is included in the main car park a 8-10 minute walk away. Up to 2 dogs can stay free of charge

Stairs leading to the Third Floor - A Super King double/twin bedroom, this bedroom can be made up as either a Super King sized double or a twin bedroom. This also has a chill out lounge area with TV
